Today I had a great experience. I came in bloated, backed up and was able to get to my colon hydrotherapy done and I'm leaving out with a very good relief. I recommend Xu Wellness in Germatown.
My husband and I had colon hydrotherapy at XU Wellness Center in Cordova, TN, and we had a wonderful experience! The owner was extremely professional, informative, and kind. He took the time to explain the process clearly and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
Colon Hydrotherapy session was refreshing and revitalizing! I feel lighter, seriously! Thank you very much! The relief oil and lotion applied to my knee joints and lower leg after a few minutes, immediately, the stiffness and pain went away and I could do squats without being afraid!
10/10 experience! If you have not signed up for colon hydrotherapy, do it now and choose THIS location! I’ve never felt so light. My belly flattened immediately. The staff were very informative, delicate, friendly, and patient. Clean, spacious facility. I will be back!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
