My husband, Dennis Anderson and I have been patients for several years. Dennis began when he could not get relief from back pain and surgery was suggested. We tried Dr Orlando Ly first. Dennis went from dragging one leg to moving normally within a few weeks treatment. That was over 5 years ago! No surgery.
Dr. Frank Ly and Dr. Orlando Ly have been incredibly helpful for my asthma and neuropathy! They have listened to all my health concerns, and I can tell how much they care about making me feel better more than other acupuncturists I have visited.
I would give 10 stars if I could!! Dr. Orlando is the Best!! I had thyroid issues and autoimmune and he helped to get my body and mind back into balance. When I went to endo for blood work, all my labs came back normal!!! He has helped me throughout the years with other issues as well.
This is an incredible practice! Frank and Orlando genuinely care about their patients and want to help solve any health dilemma we are facing. Orlando has helped a lot with my migraines and stress issues in my neck and back. He has also helped me with cholesterol issues!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
