Today was my first experience with Lucky SPA. They are extremely knowledgeable, and I had a fantastic visit. She massaged the knots in my back and shoulders with care. I strongly recommend Lucky foot SPA as they have the best massage therapist I've ever known.
After lots of research and review, I decided to give this place a try.. Wow!!! Don't think twice, take it from an avid massager, Jenny was Amazing!! I did the deep tissue ($80) for 1 hour, and she was the best I had (keep in mind, I tried over 100 different places)..
Quick and professional. Clean and courteous . Jenny was efficient and conscientious in her care. Seemed like a lot longer, but just got a lot done in a short amount of time. The curtains and open air design were both soothing and safe. The lighting and music was calming and peaceful.
Recommended by a co-worker for massage in order to help my pain and couldn’t get to sleep well to come to Lucky Foot Spa. I received a 90 mins deep tissue massage today and that is the best massage I have ever had. Amy is definitely the best and most qualified massage therapist I have been to.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
