I recently visited for a massage with Sherry. I went in having a lot of pain, knots, & soreness and needed help. She sat me down and was very explanatory and reassuring of the whole process.
I had a much needed lymphatic massage, and Sherry was absolutely amazing!!! She was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to. It was also quite obvious that she enjoys what she does. I felt so much better after my massage.
I went to the Lindsey Group to relax, and they did not disappoint! Sherry was my massage therapist and she was excellent. She took time to understand my needs and was super friendly. She even had additional reflexology training that literally put me in a trance, which was incredible. Will absolutely be back!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
