From the reviews

My girlfriend and I dis a 1 hour couples massage. This was her first and she loved it. I have had many in the past but has been years since having one. Elyssa did mine and it was amazing. I like heavy deep pressure which she did with great care. She also dis cupping on me which I had not tried before.

I was in a car accident, at first didn’t feel anything then all the stiffness and soreness and whiplash set in. Aaron helped do corrective therapy with cupping/deep tissue massage/muscle scraping.

Meesha is the best I have had! She worked on my back thoroughly and made me feel as if she listened to all my problems and made sure she solved them! Will absolutely be going back, they are kind and knowledgeable

I had a 2 hour massage with Emily and she was fantastic! She took the time to make sure she understood what my concerns and focus areas were. She had the perfect blend of relaxing and deep tissue techniques. I had never had hot stones before so decided to add them this time and boy am I glad I did!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
