I had an incredible massage session that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. Pamela was attentive and intuitive, applying just the right amount of pressure throughout. She focused on my tension areas without me even having to point them out, and the flow of the massage was seamless and calming.
I would do 1,000 stars if I could. Wow. I’m definitely flying here for my massages. Alaina is the best hands down and I have 2 other massage women I’ve seen. I need deep tissue to the max and I had no idea she was that strong but it didn’t hurt.
I’ve been to the Caldwell location and the new Nampa location. Both experiences were great! I can’t remember their names, but we had a mother and daughter do a couples massage while I was pregnant at the Caldwell location. They were so sweet and did such a great job.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
