“Lindsey goes the extra mile to make your experience as comfortable as possible.”
From the reviews
I have been suffering from sciatica for months. Lots of pain in movement, if you have sciatica, you know what I am talking about. Lindsey has made my life much better, a lot less pain, with more movement and strength. Thank you Lindsey!
This place is pure magic. I’m so glad my insurance covers the cost of coming here, I always leave feeling better! Lindsey is amazing and I cannot recommend her enough. She’s knowledgable, kind, creative with her treatments; I’ve never known a practitioner like her!
Lindsey has helped me with hormone inbalances and has even eliminated hot flashes!! Amazing. My moods have improved, and overall, I feel amazing. She has the best bedside manner. Gentle and real. I would highly recommend Lindsey to everyone💕
Lindsey Sichelstiel, is a very intuitive and knowledgeable acupuncturist, she was vital in helping cure my frozen shoulder and getting things mending and moving again.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
