From the reviews
Rochelle is amazing! Seriously the best lymphatic massage in Spokane. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and have regular pain in my legs and groin. My physical therapist suggested manual lymphatic drainage massage and it seemed to help. I knew a professional could get even better results.
I appreciate the knowledgeable, gifted, and comforting professional Rochelle is. Lymphatic massage is an incredibly important part of self care health. Most of us don’t realize how important it is for our lymph notes and lymphatic system to move, flow and flush out any toxins.
I cannot recommend Rochelle highly enough! From the moment I walked into her calming and welcoming space, I felt at ease. Rochelle is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the benefits of lymphatic massage, as well as tailor the session to meet my specific needs while I was recovering from surgery.
I luckily came across Rochelle in a google search and thought I’d take my chances as I was returning from a trip and Christmas was in 2 days- thankfully- because this had been the best experience for lymphatic drainage- so much knowledge, talked through the process and explains- I had a sporadic lymphatic issue last…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
