I booked a 1 Hour Couples Signature Spa Lounge Massage for my birthday and it was an amazing experience. They had robes for us to change into and a lounge area while we waited for our massage therapists. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the massage therapists customized our massages to what our bodies needed.
I’ve had a few deep tissue massages before, but Nathan’s technique really stood out. This was by far the best one I’ve had because he worked through all the muscles in my back and neck, not just the larger, more obvious areas. What impressed me most was how he incorporated assisted stretching with the massage.
I recently had a couples massage and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Chanel G. was incredible, professional, attentive, and really intuitive with pressure and technique. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time and created such a relaxing atmosphere.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
