Omar was recommended to me by both family members and my chiropractor. With over 21 years of experience, I was confident he’d be able to help me with my persistent neck stiffness. He is incredibly knowledgeable.

Omar is amazing!! I’m wildly particular when it comes to body work and have been lucky enough to have worked with many great massage therapists and Omar is up there with the best of the best. He utilizes different techniques depending on what your body needs (cupping, scraping, etc) and truly knows his craft.

★★★★★ — Ladonna, Apr 2024

Omar is an excellent massage therapist! He was able to pinpoint the cause of the neck pain I’ve struggled with for years. His massage technique, along with cupping and KT taping, brought both immediate and lasting relief.

★★★★★ — Alisha, May 2025

Omar is a great therapeutic massage therapist. You can tell he has years of professional experience and knows how to help your specific needs and areas you want addressed. He is very educated in different modalities to provide an overall holistic bodyworks experience.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
