From the reviews

I went to Soleil Spa for the first time today. The atmosphere was professional and relaxing. Kali was the Therapist that was assigned to me and she was great. Her sense of touch and communication was excellent. I had the 60 minute Swedish Massage and highly recommend it and Kali. Thank you!

Cally & Flo were amazing! My husband and I booked the couples massage and it did not disappoint! Our therapists made us feel safe, at ease, and comfortable the entire time. They made sure to periodically check in with us about the pressure and anything else we needed.

I came in for a Swedish massage with Hailey. I have had some back issues over the last year and my consistent massages have been so helpful. Hailey is my favorite and SOOO good. Her touch and pressure were perfect. She is friendly soft spoken relaxing and accommodating. She makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.

I have been here twice and both times had great experiences. It was a very clean, calming environment and everyone there was kind and professional. The prices are also very fair compared to other spas in the area. If you need a spa or treat yourself day I recommended coming here!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
