From the reviews

I feel blessed working with Sarah on lymphatic drainage and scars treatment after my double mastectomy in 2020. For a year I've suffered from extreme tightness in my chest and armpits. I felt it 24/7 and no amount of Physical Therapy and followed up exercises relieve me from that pain.

★★★★★ — Inna, Jul 2022

I got the best massage ever. Best because it wasn't just an hour of pushing my tired muscles around. Sarah relieved so much tension from my neck, shoulders and jaw that I didn't even know I had been carrying around. Tension that was causing me frequent headaches and limiting movements in my neck/shoulders area.

★★★★★ — Julie, Mar 2021

I am so happy that I found Sarah! I recently had complications from cosmetic surgery and I had NO IDEA that the Post surgical and scar resolution (lymphatic drain massage) would offer me so much relief! It was amazing how I felt and looked after Sarah worked her magic!

★★★★★ — Kathy, Feb 2022

Sarah is AMAZING!! I have been so interested in lymphatic drainage for so long and Sarah provided me with a massage and a lesson! She takes the time to really teach you the methods and explain why each is important. These are practices you can do at home to continue results and she wants you to learn them.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
