“My Grandmother was suffering from back pain and body aches so I scheduled her a 60 minute accupuncture session with Sara Mizner L.”
“We talk before every session, and she always makes sure to get a thorough understanding of how I'm doing and what my body needs on that given day.”
“She takes the time to truly listen, not just to the symptoms, but to the full picture of what’s going on physically, emotionally, and energetically.”
“She totally set me at ease, explaining everything we could do to treat my back and making it clear we would only do what I was comfortable with.”
“My PT referred me to Heaven and Earth and with orthopedic accupuncture I got very noticeable and lasting relief and now have full range of motion.”

From the reviews
Sara has helped me relieve so much muscle tension and deepen my somatic engagement through trigger point needling, cupping and acupuncture. Her approach is sensitive, detailed, and adaptable in a way that gives me space to express my comfort level as a patient, but also she is firm and direct when she needs to be as a…
Truly Exceptional Care – Highly Recommend Sara! I’ve had the absolute pleasure of receiving acupuncture and cupping treatments regularly from Sara for the last several years, and I can confidently say she is one of the most gifted and compassionate practitioners I’ve ever worked with.
After multiple car accidents, the highly skilled, trauma-informed care Sara's provided has been crucial for my physical and emotional recovery. I've been seeing her for over a year for traditional acupunture, trigger point needling, and cupping, and in that time have seen massive reduction in back and joint pain.
I cannot speak more highly of Sara and of my experience. I had been having shoulder pain for well over a year and had tried PT, chiropractics, and a cortisone injections. My PT referred me to Heaven and Earth and with orthopedic accupuncture I got very noticeable and lasting relief and now have full range of motion.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
