From the reviews

It is with great pleasure that I’m writing this review. First off, Jenny has such a wealth of information. It’s obvious that this is her life’s work. She’s got a very curious mind and is someone who is always learning.

★★★★★ — Wendy, Apr 2026

I've been Jenny's patient on and off for around 10 years. As different health issues come up for me in my senior years, I often think of Jenny and go to her for acupuncture sessions. I find that her work is excellent and often provides support for the direction that my primary care physician sets out for me.

★★★★★ — Gary, Aug 2025

I’ve been treating with Jenny on and off for over 16 years. I was impressed with Jenny on the first visit. She is an excellent practitioner. Acupuncture and supplements she has recommended have helped me through bouts of knee pain, back pain, sciatica and other health issues.

★★★★★ — Ellen, Feb 2024

Jenny is a true healer knowing how to move energy in a way that is restorative and wholesome to the body. I have seen her for a variety of ailments—ranging from a locked shoulder to sinus issues to general tune ups—and she has been able to help me recover quickly.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
