From the reviews

…I loved it that she offered hot stones, cupping and soothing hot towels infused with essential oils. She really pampered me! I came in super stressed, left totally chilled out relaxed.

★★★★★ — Tami, May 2026

…I liked trying cupping for the first time. There were no extra charges for getting cups or hot stones and she explained how they work before we started the massage. She is friendly and professional but NOT distractingly talkative. There is an option for a no talking massage at this business... I like this because 1.

★★★★★ — Kelly, Feb 2026

…I got a 90 min full body massage with hot stones, cupping, hot towels (which she dropped my fav lavender essential oil onto), and light stretching. It. Was. AMAZINGGGG!

★★★★★ — Gabby, May 2026

…She used multiple different techniques like cupping to address my problem spots and I left feeling so much better. She had aromatherapy with essential oils, hot stones, a heated blanket and the most comfortable massage table I've ever laid on. I highly recommend.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
