From the reviews
I’ve gotten Botox in 5 countries and who knew New Bern, NC would have the best service and price?! Kelsey is phenomenal- super quick and totally painless with no bruising. The girls up front are delightful. 100/10! 💚
Anastasia performed my Ionic Foot Detox and the level of service was above excellent. She provided a warm blanket for me to sit on and another for me to put on my lap so that I would not be chilled. She talked me through every step of the process and thoroughly explained what I was seeing in the water.
I love the IV hydration services. It’s great on a day when I’m feeling rundown to pop in and get refreshed. The medic, Charles, was fantastic. He was very caring and listened well and helped me select the best drip package. He was also very customer service focused and informative on the process.
I was very impressed with the compassion and knowledge given to me. The atmosphere was also calming. I have been fighting the flu for 3 weeks. Thanks to the Immune Booster I received yesterday, I can finally feel that I am improving. I will definitely be back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
