Had my first massage experience with Judd. He’s really really really good at his job. He’s super professional and will stay in touch with you via text until the time of the appointment. His approach to massage is getting to know your problems first and trying different methods and seeing what works the best.
Judd does a really nice job of customizing your massage experience. I had my first visit with him, and it was nice to use that session experimenting with different massage techniques that I had previously never tried, such as cupping and neural reset therapy.
Travel nurse and this came up on google. Very attentive to the painful areas, works in cupping… hit my target areas and came out with way less pain in one session. Def a great deep tissue massage! Highly recommend !!
Holy cow!!! I pinched my shoulder moving and Judd saw me asap. WOW!!! What a wonder worker he is!!! I have had massages all over town and honestly, the world and Judd rocks. Totally going to call this place home since I just moved back to the island...seriously, make an appointment with him!!!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
