Heinrich is actually one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. I am a LMT myself, so I’ve had the luxury of having many many many massages over the past 5 years since I’ve been one. I used to work with Heinrich and received massages at where we worked, I followed him here after having sucky therapists elsewhere.
They went the extra mile to provide a positive experience! It was our anniversary and I had a couples massage scheduled. Unfortunately, one of the therapists quit, giving no notice, and they were going to have to cancel one of our sessions.
I love this place! I go a couple times a year for a treat. I can NOT say enough about the Lime Scalp Massage! You must try it I have had great experiences here - but my last one with Kitalia was the absolute best massage I have ever had.
Had an amazing deep tissue massage from Heinrich. I get massages regularly and this was one of the best I’ve had in a while. If you like very strong pressure, can’t recommend Heinrich enough!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
