From the reviews

…Along with with acupuncture I have gotten cupping and herbal tea (which really helped me with my migraines). This has been the best migraine free menstrual cycle I have ever had. Little to no PMS, no migraines, so cramping! I highly recommend!

…I also was a little hesitant of the cupping, but it helped to make a World of difference in those tension areas. I most definitely will be a returning client. Thank you Jasmine.

★★★★★ — Mercedes, Dec 2024

After my bodywork session and cupping with Jasmine, I felt soft and light. I was able to turn my head without pain for the first time in weeks. Beautiful space, as well.

★★★★★ — Julianne, Mar 2026

Always an exceptional experience with Dr. Tulia! She combines expertise with genuine care, attentively listening and making me feel truly seen and respected. As a woman of color, finding a healthcare professional who is empathetic and understanding can be challenging, but Dr. Tulia excels in every way.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
