From the reviews

I came across this chiropractic office when my boyfriend was dealing with severe back pain that had been bothering him for quite some time. About a week ago, his pain became so intense that he could barely get up, so I quickly searched Google and found this place. We are so thankful we did!

Ive been holding off on this review, but I figured no better time than now. I am not a doctor going type of guy. I usually just take aspirin and move on. But I felt the need to a more professional opinion after pinching a nerve in my neck that seemed to of lasted longer than what im used to.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Smith. The staff was friendly, and the clinic was clean and modern. Dr. Smith listened attentively, provided expert adjustments, and tailored a plan that quickly improved my back pain].Their professionalism and care are unmatched. Highly recommend!

After two C-section and an emergency surgery, my back and core are completely wrecked. What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
