Best massage and Best prenatal massage! Most amazing experience Ok, I'll start here Parking is open and it's alot of it. Located next door to BWW, they don't take up too much space. When you walk in, there's a smell that makes you want to stay. It's like they're burning " stay with me" .
Jason is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve found. I prefer real deep tissue, and he knows exactly what he’s doing. I moved to Fort Worth about a year ago and have tried multiple places, but couldn’t find anyone who could actually deliver true deep tissue work until now.
I had a lot of soreness in my legs and back that seemed to be getting worse. It got bad enough that I decided to get a massage from a pro for the first time. Jason was very understanding and accommodating to someone mostly unfamiliar with massage.
Beautiful place for a relaxing massage! Thankful they got me in the last minute! Totally felt like I was on an island somewhere. Massage was good, but not great! Sheets were not super soft compared to some other places! However, over all a nice experience and will try again in the future!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
