I've been here twice now and both times have been amazing. The front desk person is wonderful and super helpful. In the massages are amazing. I booked a 1hr full body massage, and I added on 15 extra minutes of just foot massage. It wasn't really expensive and it felt amazing. I'll definitely keep coming back here.
I have never had reflexology done in all the years I have had massage therapy until now. Oh my goodness it was the greatest experience ever. My feet, shoulders, arms, and legs feel great. I’m on my feet a lot and have been walking on concrete over 32 years while performing duties at work.
Holy moly, I can’t say enough good things about this place! Frankly the best massage I have EVER had. Wendy was absolutely phenomenal. She is small but mighty. I came in with so much pain. Have been on a 7 month recovery from ACL surgery and had a second surgery recently.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
