Great experience! 17 PT visits with Monica and her team were crucial for my should surgery recovery. It's a relaxed environment that I always felt comfortable in. Monica was very knowledgeable and helpful each visit.
Five stars for the therapists. 2 for the facility. My husband receives therapy and is very pleased with the staff. Concerns are for the patients and their ease of getting in and out of the building. An automated door would be a plus. I went with my husband once and helped 3 people in and out of the facility.

I have had chronic shoulder pain for a very long time. After numerous doctors visits and different medications Bentz found a more practical solution and I have never felt better. In my mind the benefits of not being reliant on medication are second to none.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
