From the reviews

Leyna was absolutely wonderful! My partner has a membership and he raves about this place so he gifted me a massage to try it out. I was super hesitant since I've had some uncomfortable massages before but the whole experience was so relaxing and they made me feel so welcome and cared for from start to finish.

I’ve been coming to Sage Blossom for a few years, and while every therapist I’ve tried is amazing at what they do, I find it difficult to truly relax sometimes. As an introvert that works with people all day, I get massages to unwind and recharge.

★★★★☆ — Camille, Jul 2024

I was in Austin from out of town because a close family member had passed. After a week of grief, I was desperate for a massage to counteract the toll the stress had taken on my body. I was able to book a same day massage with Meagan at Sage Blossom for a Sunday night session.

I just had the most incredible massage from Dahlia. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly cared for. Dahlia took her time and didn’t rush a single moment she worked through every knot, ache, and area of tension with such skill and intention.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
