From the reviews
I've been using Austin Cupping Company for close to 2 years now. I always get the 1 hour Full body Cupssage so I can say that Sonia is the best. Very relaxing and healing. You should try Sonia!
Hands down the best massage I've ever had! (pun intended.) For many years, I've received regular cupping from Sonia. Love it. 💆🏻
Incredible results. Since having kids my body always feels off, usually my shoulder girdle and hamstring to hips. I didnt know what to expect, but I certainly did not expect to rise from one hour of cupping with a new body. It felt like freedom.
This is my first time trying full body cupping and Sonia was amazing. She explained every step so I was comfortable and understood why she was doing what she was doing. I have had a tight hamstring for a month and a half…. This is the first time I’ve felt some relief! P.S.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
