From the reviews
I have been going to Sacred Roots for several years now and Lanelle is the best, she’s kind and professional, highly intuitive and a fabulous massage therapist! She’s the only massage therapist who has been able to help provide long term relief for my chronic neck pain.
Lanelle has done multiple energetic healings on me and my family and each time it is amazing ! Lanelle is Spirit guided in love and light and each message and each healing that she does is filled with life path guidance that helps re align me and my family on our soul purpose path!
Lanelle's work is powerful, sensitive, intuitive, and healing. She is reliable and open-hearted. I am grateful for her deep caring and her extraordinary skills.
Lanelle is a gifted massage therapist and healer. Her space is peaceful and she’s wonderful to work with. I’d highly recommend!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
