From the reviews

Ginny is amazing and gifted. She is sincerely interested in helping me and her intuitive and skilled approach improves my health and well-being. At times I need a massage that invokes the relaxation response and other times deep tissue work. She delivers on all levels. She is a gift to me.

Ginny is an unbelievable massage therapist! I would even go beyond and say that she is more of a healer! I’ve been going to her for over three years and she has helped my medical condition and given me quality of life back!

I've been a client of Ginny's for a while and am a big fan. When she announced the hiring of a new therapist I decided to give him a try. Patrick is fantastic! He focuses on trigger point massage. Finding the knots and working them out. He takes his time and is very thorough.

★★★★★ — Amy, Dec 2025

I have been working with Virginia since the beginning of my pregnancy to combat swelling and bloating. The results are incredible, now in my third trimester I have little to no swelling. Her space is beautiful, her presence is relaxing and I have felt completely confident in her care.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
