I started seeing Jessica just a week after major surgery, and she helped so much with my swelling right from the beginning. After 3 not ideal experiences I finally found Jessica for my post surgery care needs. If you’ve had surgery, you do not want to go to any general lymphatic masseuse and there’s not a lot of information about expertise in this field. I highly recommend Revive Soothe for general lymphatic or ESPECIALLY post surgery.
Jessica na sheer husband both are amazing massage therapist. They are the real deal in North Dallas. Very knowledgeable and guaranteed results. I don’t usually give reviews, but when I do, know it’s damn good. Just book your appointment! I promise you won’t regret it!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
