2 months ago I did 8 sessions with Dr Mahdu and his team and what I learned on how to manage my knee pain and strengthen it was priceless. Dr Mahdu is extremely dedicated and passionate about his work, he cares about his patients, he is very knowledgeable and attentive on the form and placement during the sessions.

This Fyzical location at STONEBRIDGE ranch is outstanding. I took my son to be evaluated due to his flat feet. My son saw Mary, who was excellent with my 10 y.o. son. She was patient and competed an in-depth assessment. She even took time to explain everything to my son.
Was referred to Fyzical by my PCP for neck pain and chronic headaches. Dr. Madhu Polimeru PT and Sham, Wellness Integrative Specialist Therapist, did a great job in treating me during several sessions of both physical therapy and medical massage, which have really helped relieve both my neck pain and headaches.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
