My husband and I did a 60 min couples massage, they had confusion about our scheduled time but was able to fit us in an hour later with a discounted price, plus free essential oils and free hot rocks. The couples massage was full body and was amazing! Best prices in Frisco and amazing massages. Highly recommend!!
I had a wonderful prenatal massage with Cindy at Serenity Massage and Spa in Frisco. She was incredibly attentive, gentle, and truly understood how to make me comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique was perfect for my pregnancy aches, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
Excellent and relaxing couple’s massage! The staff accidentally had another client have our booking slot, but she was very professional & apologized for the mistake. She gave us a discount & an add-on since it was their mistake. We came back an hour later for a new booking slot, and they did a really wonderful job!!
My first time here, my body just needed a break from work. I had Cindy and she was good at working out knots. I usually go to relaxation but this was much needed. Next time I visit I have to try their more therapeutic techniques. 😄
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
