From the reviews
I'm not sure if Liz is a masseuse or a magician. Maybe both? I've been having several challenges that have been difficult to overcome, but Liz elevates a session with her high level techniques and energy. I am amazed at the progress we've been making!!
Liz is honestly the best massage therapist I've ever used. The environment she created was super relaxing, and she used the exact amount of pressure I needed for the issues I was having with my back.
They are so great here. This is the place to go if you want some legit healing and correction of issues. The name is very fitting for this place. I always walk out feeling so much better than when I came in!
Liz is an excellent massage therapist! She is very aware of her clients issues/pain points and does a great job addressing them. Results are always great, with less pain and recurring issues!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
