From the reviews
I've seen Kelly at Randori Bodywork three times nowband each visit leaves me feeling deeply grateful. He is incredibly knowledgeable, clearly passionate about his work, and brings a sense of care and attentiveness that sets him apart.
I’ve been seeing Kelly for a few years now and I can’t recommend him highly enough! He’s worked with me on exercise recovery and helped me through injuries. My recovery is faster, he helps me manage my injuries and my workouts have improved.
The quality of the massage therapy is one of the best I've experienced. So many of my injuries have been repaired by Kelly where others have failed. He is truly a miracle worker and has a unique connection to the body. Highly recommend!
Kelly is a talented massage therapist that incorporates various skills and techniques into his sessions. He provides a unique combination of eastern and western medical knowledge which allows him to provide a truly custom massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
