From the reviews
I started going to Dr. Oskardmay at the recommendation of my former chiropractor who was retiring. Dr. O has been great! I have had chronic issues with my neck, shoulders, and lower back as well as had a stubborn hip problem from a car accident from years ago. Dr.
I am a full believer in holistic medicine. Dr. Lisa is providing this for me with each session. She has taken the time to ”really” listen to my story of chronic nerve pain and provided a treatment of acupuncture and chiropractic practices that really works.
I had such a great experience with Dr. Oskardmay! After nursing my daughter and experience a fall on my shoulder my body was feeling the aches and pains. I figured some chiropractic strategies would help and I chose this office based on the high reviews. She did not disappoint!
I’ve been coming to Acupractic Healing Center for over two years now. I seen much improvement in my balance and posture, actually I no longer am dependent on my cane. Dr. Oskardmay and her staff are very caring and they really listen to my concerns. I appreciate how Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
