From the reviews
the only place to go for true health and healing. This is not a superficial place that just happens to offer massages. Nikki and her staff have thought out every detail of the experience. From the moment you walk in the door, you enter a zen zone.
I came here with a birthday gift certificate and had a 75 min custom massage with Diane and it was truly the best massage experience I have ever had! Diane has a wonderful caring, compassionate energy and a positive attitude. She really listened when we spoke before the massage, which made the massage that much better.
I had 75 min customized massage with Sydnee and I cannot say enough wonderful things. I struggle to be in that vulnerable of a place and have avoided getting massages as a result but she made me feel completely at ease (as did the entire environment, the whole place is lovely.
Overall the staff was awesome! When I arrived for my appointment, I was offered tea, water, and a warm neck wrap. It was very welcoming. My therapist was Sydnee and she was absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and techniques are such a healthy addition to my health routine. I am looking forward to my next one.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
