Dr. Anderson is one of the best around. I have seen many chiropractors over the years, and he is by far one of the best. His treatments combine various therapies (cupping, dry needling, soft tissue work, stretching, and manipulation if needed).

I’ve seen several chiropractors and was pleasantly surprised with the level of care Dr. Ryan Anderson provided. I have never experienced such a thorough first time appointment! He genuinely gave me some relief from the pain I came in for, explained everything he was doing as he went, and had amazing bedside manner.

★★★★★ — Valerie, May 2022

Dr Ryan is great at what he does, and I always leave feeling better. He’s a great problem solver in regards to targeting issues in the body. Seems like the goal of some Chiropractors is to quickly “crack” you and send you on your way. Not Ryan.

★★★★★ — Allison, Apr 2021

Dr. Anderson is an awesome chiropractor. I’m a 61yr old competitive cycling and I've raced MTB, road, cyclocross and gravel for over 30 years. With training for this sport and the racing, you often have aches and pains. No matter what the pain has been, Dr.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
