“I never knew a chiropractor could be so beneficial in so many ways for our baby’s growth… truly a game changer for keeping our girl comfortable as she learns how to be on the outside!”
“For someone that normally dreads workouts even though I love the feeling afterward, I’m anxiety free walking in and always looking forward to the fun and challenge, even on the hard days.”
“Also, their office is so clean and fun for kids – if you’re like me and bring along your kids.”
“I’ve seen huge improvements with both kiddos (toe walking, sleep, primitive reflexes, digestion, and overall nervous system) and it’s a health tool I will keep coming back to consistently.”
From the reviews
We LOVE Dr. Lauren. She is the ONLY chiropractor my family will see. Though she specializes in prenatal/postnatal/babies/children, she is also my husband’s chiropractor. I definitely would not have made it full term with twins if it weren’t for Dr. Lauren! Her attention to detail is fantastic.
Dr. Lauren is awesome! I started seeing her postpartum with my second to help get my hips and back feeling good again along with working to improve my posture. now almost two years later, I’ve made significant progress!
It’s so hard to prioritize self care and with Bump & Beyond everything is streamlined to bring your kiddos with you. I had a complicated postpartum and hernia surgery and their diastasis recti Core Fit program with Anna has been a game changer.
Dr. Lauren is a magician. I'm 18 weeks pregnant and I've been seeing her weekly for the last month or so. Every time I walk in, I'm welcomed warmly, she takes her time, really listens and understands the issue I'm having and makes sure I leave pain free.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
