From the reviews
I received a 90 minute massage from Amber. She was welcoming and I felt at ease right away. She gave a great massage and was very thorough in the health intake portion. She offered cupping for a carpal tunnel issue I had, and that was helpful in relieving the pain.
James was amazing ! I plan to get a regular massage from him. He is really good, especially with his cupping technique and very affordable. Thank you.
Probably the most personalized, tailored to me massage I've ever had. It felt amazing and relaxing but also like there was deep work being done. Since then my neck and back have been have felt so much better and I stretch now just because I want to and it feels good and not for pain relief.
I booked a massage here randomly after reading the glowing reviews, and I’m so very glad I did. I have become a member and look forward to my sessions for the healing and care they offer consistently. James is so knowledgeable and kind and I feel completely at ease with him.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
