From the reviews

I've had multiple massages at About Touch with a number of different services (cupping, ashiatsu) and I really can't say enough great things about the staff here and the quality of care, from front desk staff to therapists (Chelsey and Jordana are amazing!) I always felt appreciated and respected.

★★★★★ — Dylan, Feb 2026

Fantastic provider, especially for someone like myself who deals with pretty chronic pain. My most recent visit was exceptional, from the friendliness of the staff upon entry, to the comfort of the external annex building, to (most importantly) the actual massage therapist themselves.

★★★★★ — Peter, Jan 2026

The masseuses at About Touch are incredible. I've always had a phenomenal experience here with everyone I've seen - Amanda, Michelle, Spoon, Es....they are masters of their specialties and I know that when I leave a session I'm going to feel like butter on warm toast.

★★★★★ — Yeager, Apr 2026

Phenomenal massage. Highly restorative theraputic effect. I have been seriously injured from 2 car accidents. The Ashiatsu "foot pressure" type of massage that I was fortunate to find at About Touch Clinic has been a non-pharmacological treatment that has brought immediate and oftentimes sustained relief.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
