From the reviews

Lizzy is awesome! I came in for a lymphatic drainage massage after having had laser liposuction. She had some experience as a matter of course but after my first session, she researched on her own to see what else she could learn about this specialty. I have had several sessions since and she is doing an awesome job!

This place is incredible. Great staff, great energy, and they do great work on the body. So many options, and really cool that cupping and essential oils are free add ons- I was like yes please! lol Anyway, happy to have finally found my body care spot!

The space was nice. When you arrive you might need to call to get the code for the building. Wasn’t an issue just something to be aware of. Lizzie was very professional and easy to talk with. She focused on problem areas I had and was very skilled.

This is a nice place for a massage. Be careful about the parking situation. It is limited. I've had Lizzie and Rain work on me. Both are very good at what they do.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
