I came to Oza off a recommendation from a friend after another spa canceled my appointment and couldn’t get me back in at the time I needed. I had Valerie, and my goodness, what a delightful human. She was so intelligent and lovely to work with! I cannot say enough good things.
Ran home to write a review for OZA because I LOVE IT HERE. What I notice about OZA compared to the bigger massage chains is that they get straight into the session without wasting time. The environment in the room I was getting massaged in was great whilst having lo-fi music and not relaxing music- like the chain play.
The environment in Oza is beautiful and relaxing. Jacqui is a wonderful massage therapist. I followed her recommendations and had the best massage I've ever had. She and Valerie are really kind, fun and sincere in their desire to give people a wonderful experience!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
