From the reviews
I highly recommend Ohana. Paula helped relieve my sciatica in only 2 appointments. They truly care about their clients here & want to help them get better. Paula has so much knowledge to share. She gave me great tips for to do on my own. I so appreciate everything Paula did for me.
For the last year and a half I was needed to step up and take care of others. My journey has included: walking along side my grandfather's cancer journey, relocating my aging father to MN from TX and being his care taker, processing my grandfather's death and five month later my uncle's, working a full time job,…
Wonderful experience here! The place is relaxing and soothing from the moment you walk in the door. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The massages I have received worked wonders on my overall health. The therapists always listen to where I need the most work and do exactly what I ask for. Great place!
I love Ohana Therapeutic Massage! From their pleasant, professional staff to the relaxing and clean environment, I always know that I will have a great experience. The pricing is spot on and they offer a complete range of massage services to meet my needs. I am a runner, and I especially love the deep tissue massages.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
