My DIL & I called in the last minute. She could "do" us for 45 minutes each and it was great. So thankful she made room for us especially since we called on such short notice. We called alot of places and she was the only one who returned my call! 👍
Amazing!! Peri has the expertise and ability to melt years of stress away, I would highly recommend her, and for those of you that never had a massage, just do it don’t hesitate! I’ve never felt this relaxed in my life! Thank you Peri!
The best!!! I'm kind of a massage snob and Liza is hands down my favorite. You won't be disappointed!
Since getting regular massages this year, my headaches have gone from 20-25 a month to 8 since the end of December. Thank you to Lindsay!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
