From the reviews

I had a sports injury in my lower back and it had been hurting for 3 weeks. Normally I can recover in a couple weeks but it was lingering on and not getting better. Rachel used deep tissue massage on the muscles that could be causing the issue and even used cupping to help with recovery.

★★★★★ — Ciaran, May 2025

The massage I’ve received at Noble Nature from Rachel was a truly outstanding experience . The massage truly helped relieve my most stubborn knots and aches on my body and got me back to feeling normal again.

★★★★★ — Nicholas, Jul 2023

Rachel is incredibly intuitive and an amazing body worker. I hadn't been to any kind of body work in years, and Rachel did an amazing job created a space that felt comfortable, and read my body well. I was grateful she was able to do deep tissue work for me, and also introduced me to cupping for the first time.

★★★★★ — Marin, Jul 2023

It would be hard to overstate the positive impact Rachel has had on my physical and mental health. When I met her four years ago, I was on the verge of needing a total hip replacement, according to my orthopedic surgeon. My leg would collapse and some days I could barely walk.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
