I would rate her 100 stars if I could. She is truly the kindest person and an incredible masseuse. She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions so every session is tailored to exactly what your body needs. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving the best experience and results.
Where do I begin? Crystal is absolutely the best masseuse I have ever experienced. That is saying a lot because I have been to many. She is very professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of her office is relaxing and comfortable, from the warm table, to the music, the aroma and the soothing lighting.
If you want a therapist who is passionate and very knowledgeable with their work, Crystal is your person!! She will make you feel welcomed and will help you pinpoint trouble areas throughout your body. She really does care for your well being. After my session, my tension was immediately gone.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
