I can’t say enough good things about this physical therapy clinic — from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, heard, and truly cared for. The entire team is outstanding, but I have to give special shout-outs to Tyler and Rachel, who went above and beyond every single session.
This place is absolutely amazing! Back in April I tore my ACL and meniscus and had to go through surgery with ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair. I rolled into this place on 1st day post-op on crutches, heavily medicated, in tears, not knowing how I would be able to walk again.

NJ Sports Spine & Wellness has been amazing throughout my recovery. Dr. Rachel has been instrumental in treating my injury and guiding my rehab, and Dr. Tony has also been a huge help with my recovery through chiropractic care.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
