From the reviews
This was my first time taking any kind of physical therapy, and it was very simple and easy. Even though they were not in my network, I chose to go with them because they are easy to get to, and very flexible with scheduling. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, caring, and very nice.
Can't say enough about ProFysio, I was going to the old bridge office for many back issues everyone there is fabulous they helped me immensely with all my issues. I saw Dr Joe mostly for my therapy who was very good at what he does as well as professional kind and caring.
Dr Matt and Anthony and Michael are amazing love these guys they make you feel so at home and make the process of physical therapy easy. Let’s be honest it’s not fun in the first place but these guys actually make it comfortable to come out here. Really appreciate them working with me. This place is great.
Ive been coming here for a bit and I definitely recommend it- everyone is very kind and engaged, professional but still capable of holding a casual conversation! I've gone from struggling with basic manuvers to being able to confidently move again thanks to everyone's help :) the one on one nature really helps.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
