This is best physical therapy place I have been to many place before but this is the nice one .i had total knee replacement surgery done and this is my 3rd session I am already walking without my cane , doctors are very professional and caring .place is very clean and they accommodate your appointment.
Im so thankful to the staff at Old Bridge Physical Therapy Associates. I came with lower back pain and they have helped me regain my strength to move about pain free. They are teaching me how to do the correct exercises to help in my recovery.
I have been coming here for three months and my experience couldn’t be better. I am being treated for my knee, back and neck. The staff is very attentive to these ailments and have applied different exercises and treatments to each. I have noticed real improvements.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
