…I originally booked a 60‑minute massage, but about 20 minutes in I decided to extend it to 90 minutes plus cupping so I could get deeper work done for my tension headache, shoulder tightness, and back soreness.
…This place lives up to the 5 stars… fast check in and check out process, pricing is great and the massage (I did deep tissue 90 mins & cupping!) AMAZING!! I left feeling relaxed and the tension I was feeling was completely gone! This is my go to place for massages. Glad I found this place. I highly recommend them.
The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The environment is very soothing from the second you walk in the door. The air itself feels lighter and the business is very welcoming. The service is also fantastic, and the masseuses know exactly what they are doing.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
