From the reviews
…She has also suggested cupping or reflexology when appropriate, both of which have been very helpful. When I’m looking for meaningful recovery and progress, not just relaxation, this is my go-to.
…She is also experienced in other techniques like cupping. Highly reccomend.
Narawadee is very keen to detail on her work and has years of experience and skills. Every time I have muscle knots due to my job, she manages to clear that ache and the soreness clears away within two days. This studio is also very clean and comfortable.
I’ve known her for years and she has never stopped being amazing. Every session is consistent — great pressure, super attentive, and somehow always finds the spots that need it most. The space is calm and clean, and I always walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. Truly one of the best. And did I mention amazing!?
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
