From the reviews
This is a long-overdue review, but I've been seeing Dr. Drew for a few months now, and he is amazinggg! He is very knowledgeable, thorough & personable. I’ve seen a few chiropractors, but Dr. Drew offers a level of care and attention that truly sets him apart- He is not a “crack and go” type of chiropractor.
I’ve had such a great experience with Dr. Drew. He really took the time to listen to what was going on with me and made me feel comfortable right away. After my adjustment, he walked me through some stretches and exercises that actually helped, and even did cupping which made a big difference in how I felt.
Dr. Drew is very easy to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable. He takes the time to understand where your pain is coming from and uses various methods to help alleviate the pain ( cupping, stretching, strengthening exercises, etc). The office is easy to find and very neat. Check-in is simple and quick too.
Dr. Drew Dias is absolutely incredible. He has a true wealth of knowledge and you can immediately tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. He’s very energetic, thorough, and genuinely passionate about his work. You can tell he loves what he does.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
